Run, Relax, Renew...Retreat
Hit the pause button. Energize your body and soul. Be inspired.
We spend so much of our days running (pun intended!) from one thing to the next. It's hard to slow down, pause, and connect with ourselves. That's why I've created Key Run and Wellness Retreats!
When you attend Key retreats, you'll find a powerful, positive and supportive community. The space you crave to enjoy some self care, beautiful accommodations and breathtaking nature on the trails.
Together with inspiring women, we'll run, do yoga, eat fabulous food, set goals, have bonfires, and conspire into the night. Key retreats will leave you feeling refreshed, refocused, and ready to enter the world—stronger and brighter. When women come together, we run happier, reach higher, and laugh harder. I hope you can join us!
“The environment, after all, is where we all meet, where we all have a mutual interest. It is one thing that all of us share. It is not only a mirror of ourselves, but a focusing lens on what we can become.” — Lady Bird Johnson
Courtney's passion beside running and travel is bringing women together, connecting through shared ideas, and inspiring women to take the time for themselves. Women rise together. When we show up for ourselves we can show up for each other, lift each other up and all be better for it. A lifelong runner, pro and olympian, Courtney is the owner and founder of Key Running + Retreats.
Courtney: My hope for the weekend is that through myself and the other women, you will gain a stronger knowledge of running, be greeted with positive and encouraging energy and feel welcome no matter where you are with your fitness. Myself and other amazing women will guide and empower you as we
bring a voice to different parts of your journey through running, mindfulness, yoga, and culinary experiences.
Originally from Chatham, Ontario, I now live with my 2 boys and husband in Missoula, Montana.
"Running with Courtney Babcock and Key Retreats was a gift for my 50th birthday and it was just what I needed! It gave me time to focus on me in a beautiful location, with a great group of women doing something that I love. Courtney and her staff are warm and enthusiastic. The retreat was well organized, rejuvenating and fun with great trail runs at different distances and paces, opportunities for reflection, and amazing food. What a treat to get tips to improve my running from an Olympian who is so positive and encouraging. I would recommend this to anyone who likes to run!"
"the retreat was - Food and Wine magazine, meets Athleta magazine, meets Sundance magazine"
