RUN YOUR BODY - FEED YOUR SOUL
Key Retreats Palm Desert, just outside of Palm Springs, will be the ideal winter getaway whether you're coming from snow or just need to recharge on the desert trails.
Your guided daily runs or hikes have been strategically planned to take in the most picturesque Palm Desert trails and the surrounding Mountains. Runs + Hikes will land between 4miles and 6 miles everyday with one option for a longer day.
There are lots of stops for pictures, sightseeing and water.
The accommodations for this retreat are second to none. Adjacent to the trails, Base Camp offers 2 pools, hammocks, a hot tub, volleyball court and is adjacent to the city tennis courts (pickle ball anyone?)
Each day will bring a different trail, relaxation and exploration. Guided meditation, Group tarot card reading, Yoga and Sound bath healing are part of this amazing Desert getaway.

We will stop for photos, water, snacks and when it's a steep hill we'll hike. Running is about taking it all in not performance.
Trail Runs and Hikes. Most of the run/hikes will be on trails that are single track and hilly. If you are coming from a flat area, no worries we won't be climbing too high.
