I'm the founder of Key Running + Retreats. I'm a Fitness+Running Coach, and Olympian, I love bringing people together to connect under a common goal.
My hope is to provide experiences that help lift yo up and leave you with more knowledge or inspiration or maybe just serenity that you had before.

Sara will lead you through a 30 min yoga followed by 15-20 mins of mindfulness and journaling. Key Retreats is about creating the space for you to take the time to sit in a space that gives back to you from reflection, to moving forward to maybe just being in a quiet space.
